First: Return & Exchange Policy

Second: Return Conditions

\n• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
\n• The product must be free from any damage, perfume odors, or signs of washing.
\n• The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

Third: Non-returnable Products
\n• Products that have been used or washed.
\n• Discounted items or those purchased during special offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
\n• Custom-made or specially requested products.

Fourth: In Case of a Manufacturing Defect
\n• The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
\n• The company will cover the shipping cost if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
